Please note, to be successful in any of our programs, MANDATORY attendance is 90%, unless otherwise approved by your instructor.

Refund Policy:   Deposit required at time of enrollment, in all of our acting classes, this payment is non refundable.  Should a class go on sale, after you have purchased, we do not offer refunds on the difference, as not all sales are planned, except our Boxing Week Sale.  All payments made are final sale.  Packages sold including private lessons are NON-Refundable.  All classes are EXCHANGE ONLY for the period of 6 months from date of purchase.  We reserve the right to change class dates or cancel a specific class due to insufficient enrollment and/or emergencies.  PRIVATE CLASSES: 24 Hours Notice is mandatory if student needs to cancel, otherwise the full amount will be charged.  It is the students responsibility to notify an instructor if they are unable to attend a class and their sole responsibility to catch up on lessons missed.   Registration is effective once first payment has been received.

DISCLOSURE:  UTFS reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any class taught by UTFS or affiliate partners and contractors, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.  UTFS may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by UTFS including but not limited to:  brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, webinars, social media, ADVERTISING, websites, etcetera.  To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will NOT be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.  A person attending a UTFS class who does not want their image recorded and/or photographed for distribution, must make their wishes known at that time or before, to the photographer, event organizer, teacher and/or contact in writing UTFS at universalcalgary@gmail.com.  By participating in a UTFS event or by failing to notify UTFS in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by UTFS, you hereby agree to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify UTFS from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.  More details on our page " TERMS & CONDITIONS"

SCHOOL CLOSURE DATES:  

We are closed every long weekend from Friday to Monday; any other stat holidays in Canada to include Family Day, Halloween, Remembrance Day, and Christmas Holidays are December 21/24-January 5/25.  Our office is always open to receive text messages at 587-582-1600(Please Allow 24 hours).  

Classes may be held on zoom if a teacher is sick, emergency or inclement weather conditions.

In our kids, teens and adult acting classes, please ensure if you are sick NOT to come to class, join on zoom.  Our acting classes for beginners is a hybrid class, so you can save and do our online program or come in person.
