Refund Policy (No Refund, Exchange Only) .**Once registered for a class, there will be no refunds. (No Refund, Exchange Only) . You may use your class credit for up to 1 year from the purchase date, after which time it expires, if you wish to exchange your purchase for a class of equal or lesser value. Monthly payment plans are available for semester studies upon approval, and must be paid on the 26th of each month, no exceptions.** We reserve the right to terminate acting classes with no refund should the artistic director deem a student disruptive to other students or the teacher.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Universal Talent Film School (“UTFS”), including but not limited to acting classes, improv training, modeling programs, private coaching sessions, workshops, corporate team-building programs, and related educational or professional services.
By registering for any UTFS program or service, you agree to the following terms.
Registration may be completed through website booking, email communication, phone conversation, written agreement, or payment submission. Confirmation of participation by email, phone, message, or payment constitutes registration and full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the client, student, or parent/guardian to read and understand all UTFS policies. Enrollment confirms acceptance of all current terms whether or not they have been individually reviewed.
Enrollment requires payment for the full program or agreed service period, regardless of attendance.
Participants remain financially responsible for the full cost of any registered program or service whether attendance continues or not.
To ensure fairness and consistency for all students and clients:
No portion of payments previously made shall be owed or repayable to the client.
Dates, instructors, times, and locations may change due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances including illness, weather conditions, safety concerns, or facility issues.
Participants are responsible for maintaining current contact information and checking email, including junk folders.
Respectful communication is required at all times.
Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate class break before entering.
UTFS maintains a professional, safe, and respectful learning environment.
UTFS reserves the right to terminate participation immediately, without refund or credit, if a student, client, parent, or representative:
Discounts, referral incentives, or promotional offers may be provided at UTFS discretion.
Recording, photographing, or distributing any class or session content is prohibited without written permission from UTFS.
Participants may not post class materials, recordings, or proprietary content publicly without authorization.
UTFS may photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes including websites, advertising, and social media.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media must notify UTFS in writing prior to participation.
UTFS provides education and coaching only. We do not guarantee auditions, bookings, employment, representation, or career outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, discipline, and external industry factors.
Participation is voluntary and may involve physical or emotional activity.
By enrolling, participants acknowledge:
UTFS is not liable for medical costs incurred during participation.
Participants under age 14 must be signed in and out by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise authorized.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in UTFS programs, including injury or illness, including exposure to contagious diseases.
UTFS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on the UTFS website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
