Learn improvisation skills(needed for auditions) and get your feet wet learning the fundamentals of method acting for film and television. Each session includes hands-on experience in front of the camera.  

Engage with authentic scripts from popular shows and movies, letting you step into the shoes of your beloved characters. 

Work with cold and warm scripts.  Important for auditions.

Create and bring these characters to live through uses your experiences and those of others to relate to the characters.

This program leads to an ongoing program, by invitation.

Continue learning new improvisation skills and  learning the fundamentals of Meisner acting for film and television. Meisner uses the imagination, whereas method acting focuses on personalizing.  

Each session includes hands-on experience in front of the camera.  Engage with authentic scripts from popular shows and movies, letting you step into the shoes of your beloved characters.   You will be bringing them to life using your imagination and being in the moment with each other.

TEACHER:  Vivian Woods 

This is the class for SERIOUS actors.  You will study in-depth various techniques to include Uta Hagen Method Acting, The Alexander Technique and Meisner.  Also, at some points through this 12 month program we also cover audition technique to master self tapes, in-person and zoom.

Actors will work on scenes, monologues and object exercises.  Actors will work every class on camera and be given feedback and then do it again.  Lesson plans in every class.

This children’s acting program is to introduce youngsters to film and tv acting, centered around being the best you can be!   

Students will learn improv and basics of acting on camera each week!  Parents receive weekly videos too.
